SERVING SUGGESTION

• 6 months – Add 40ml of hot water (not warm) to 2 tablespoons of rice flakes.
• 7-11 months – Add 50ml of hot water (not warm) to 4 tablespoons of rice flakes.
• 1 year and above – Add 50ml of hot water (not warm) to 6 tablespoons of rice flakes.

It is tastier if added with puree of fruit, vegetable and also chicken and fish. Can also replace hot water with hot soup.
